Sean MacDonald | Founder | Cinematographer

Sean MacDonald is the operational leader and co-founder of PowerPlay Media Group, heading Media4K and Allied Studios. A veteran Producer, Cinematographer, sound designer, and film scorer, he owns professional RED Dragon 6K camera packages with Zeiss lenses and excels in high-end production, post-production, and studio operations.

As a filmmaker, he co-directed the hit Hurricane Chasers with Rich Skinner and Bob Turner. Sean has served as Director of Photography, Producer and Executive Producer on independent features, music videos, and major brand campaigns. His vision created Allied Studios’ versatile, ready-to-shoot facilities, giving clients immediate access to professional sets and post suites without logistical headaches.

Rich Skinner | Founder | Creative Director

Rich (Dickie Skinz) Skinner - is the founder of SikPup Entertainment and the creative force and co-founder of PowerPlay Media Group. A multi-hyphenate Director, Producer, Actor, Cinematographer, and Music Producer, he is a Recording Academy member with hundreds of credits in film/tv including Netflix’s Spencer Confidential, Showtime’s Brotherhood, and NBC’s Medium. He has worked with major brands, streamers, and Fortune 500 companies.

As a filmmaker, he co-directed the hit Hurricane Chasers with Sean Mac and Bob Turner and has multiple features (Love From India, Left For Dead) and animated projects in production (Fish Theory, Mother Mary, Wolves On The Water, Concessions). On the music side, he is a producer, songwriter, and artist with a Boston Music Award nomination, collaborations with Sticky Fingaz, Cypress Hill, Rich Cronin, Malik Williams, Sean Price, Cappadonna, and others, plus scoring work across film, TV, video games and commercials. He has also built multiple independent record labels.
